Fair-Use Policy

1. Scope

This Fair-Use Policy governs the use of the MEILENKÖNIG AI (hereinafter "AI" or "Service"), operated by CCX Consulting, David Lesnik, Gewerbegebiet Ost 15, 91085 Weisendorf, Germany.

2. Intended Use

The AI is intended exclusively for personal advice on the following topics:

  • Credit cards with a miles-earning function in Germany
  • Bonus programs (AMEX Membership Rewards, Miles & More, PAYBACK)
  • Award flight bookings and redemption strategies
  • Current promotions, transfer bonuses, and deals

3. Usage Limits

The following limits apply depending on the usage tier:

  • Free Guide Access: 20 questions per calendar month, blog-level knowledge and general tips
  • MEILENKÖNIG AI (subscription): Unlimited questions* (fair-use limit: 100 per calendar month)
  • Premium Bundle: Unlimited questions* (fair-use limit: 100 per calendar month) for 30 days

Unused questions expire at the end of the month and are not carried over.

4. Prohibited Use

The following uses are prohibited:

  • Automated queries (bots, scripts, scraping)
  • Systematic extraction of the knowledge base
  • Resale or commercial exploitation of the answers
  • Use for unlawful purposes
  • Sharing access with third parties
  • Attempts to manipulate the AI or circumvent protection mechanisms

5. Disclaimer

The AI's answers serve exclusively for general information and do not constitute financial, tax, or legal advice. Despite careful quality control, answers may be incomplete or incorrect. Decisions, in particular regarding credit card applications or investments, should always be made on your own responsibility and after your own review.

The AI provides source references so that users can verify the information independently. Liability for the accuracy of the answers is excluded.

6. Data Protection

The processing of personal data within the scope of AI use is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Chat histories are stored for quality assurance and automatically deleted after 90 days. Profile data can be deleted by the user at any time.

7. Measures in Case of Violation

In case of violations of this policy, we reserve the right to temporarily or permanently suspend access. A refund of amounts already paid is excluded in this case.
