Conditions of Participation Sweepstakes

§ 1 Organizer

The organizer of the sweepstakes is:

§ 2 Prize

The prize is 1x Wunschgutschein worth €50, redeemable at over 500 partners (incl. Amazon, IKEA, Zalando, MediaMarkt).

A cash payout or an exchange of the prize is excluded. The prize is non-transferable.

§ 3 Eligibility to participate

(1) Eligible to participate are natural persons who, at the time of participation, are at least 18 years old and are resident in Germany, Austria or Switzerland.

(2) Employees of the organizer and their relatives are excluded from participation.

(3) Only one participation (one entry) per person is permitted, regardless of the number of purchases during the promotion period.

§ 4 Participation

Participation in the sweepstakes takes place automatically through the purchase of any MEILENKÖNIG product during the promotion period (§ 5). Eligible products are:

• Premium Bundle (Handbook + AudioBook)
• Premium Handbook (PDF)
• AudioBook (MP3)
• 1:1 Coaching (Starter or Pro)
• US Credit Cards (Sprint, Stack, Empire or VIP Mentoring)
• MEILENKÖNIG AI subscription (monthly or annual)

By completing the purchase, the buyer automatically participates in the sweepstakes. A separate registration is not required. Each buyer receives exactly one entry, regardless of the number of purchases.

§ 5 Participation period

The sweepstakes runs from 1 July 2026, 00:00 until 31 July 2026, 23:59 (CEST).

Only purchases completed within this period participate in the draw.

§ 6 Determination of the winner

(1) The winner is determined on 1 August 2026 by random procedure among all valid participants.

(2) The winner is notified by email at the email address provided at purchase.

(3) The winner must respond by email within 14 days of notification.

(4) If the winner does not respond in time, the claim to the prize lapses and a new winner is drawn by random procedure.

§ 7 Prize delivery

The Wunschgutschein worth €50 is delivered to the winner as a digital voucher code by email.

§ 8 Exclusion and disqualification

The organizer reserves the right to exclude participants from the sweepstakes at any time without giving reasons, in particular in the case of:

• Violation of these conditions of participation
• Manipulation or suspicion of manipulation of the sweepstakes
• False or incomplete information at purchase
• Cancellation or chargeback of the purchase

§ 9 Early termination

The organizer reserves the right to end or modify the sweepstakes early, in whole or in part, at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons, in particular if proper execution cannot be guaranteed for technical or legal reasons.

§ 10 Data protection

(1) The personal data collected within the scope of the sweepstakes is used exclusively for the execution and handling of the sweepstakes. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR (performance of a contract).

(2) The following data is processed:

• Email address (provided at purchase)
• Name (provided at purchase)
• Purchase date and product

(3) This data is collected as part of the purchase anyway. No additional data collection takes place for the sweepstakes.

(4) The winner's data is deleted after complete handling of the sweepstakes and expiry of tax-law retention periods, at the latest after 6 months, provided that no statutory retention obligation exists.

§ 11 Liability

(1) The organizer is not liable for technical faults that impair participation in the sweepstakes.

(2) The organizer assumes no liability for faulty or delayed email deliveries.

§ 12 Instagram disclaimer

This sweepstakes is carried out exclusively by the organizer. The promotion via Instagram does not constitute a connection to Instagram/Meta. The sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, supported or organized by Instagram/Meta. All questions are to be directed to the organizer.

§ 13 Legal recourse and severability clause

(1) Legal recourse is excluded.

(2) The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.

(3) Should a provision of these conditions of participation be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that comes closest to the economic purpose of the invalid provision.
