Terms of Use MEILENKÖNIG AI
1. Contracting Parties and Scope
These Terms of Use apply between the user (hereinafter "you") and CCX Consulting, David Lesnik, Gewerbegebiet Ost 15, 91085 Weisendorf, Germany (hereinafter "we" or "provider") for the use of the MEILENKÖNIG AI.
2. Service Description
The MEILENKÖNIG AI is an AI-based advisory service for miles & points collectors. The service includes:
- Answering questions about miles, points, and credit cards
- Personalized recommendations based on the user profile (Premium)
- Access to a daily updated knowledge base
- Source references for the answers given

All prices are inclusive of the statutory value-added tax.
4. Conclusion of Contract and Payment
The contract is concluded through the purchase via our payment service provider Stripe. Payment is made by credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Klarna. For subscriptions, the amount is charged monthly on the anniversary of the conclusion.
5. Cancellation of the Subscription
The AI Premium subscription can be canceled at any time effective at the end of the current billing period. Cancellation is done via the Stripe customer portal, accessible through the link in the purchase confirmation email. After cancellation, access remains active until the end of the paid period.
The Premium Bundle is a one-time purchase — no cancellation needed. The AI access is active for 30 days from purchase and then ends automatically, without you having to do anything.
6. Right of Withdrawal
A) Premium Bundle (one-time purchase with AI access)
Since this concerns digital content that is not delivered on a physical data carrier, the right of withdrawal expires with the start of the execution of the contract, provided that you have expressly consented before the execution that we begin execution, and have confirmed your knowledge that by your consent you lose your right of withdrawal (§ 356 para. 5 BGB).
B) AI Premium subscription (subscription)
For the AI Premium subscription there is in principle a right of withdrawal of 14 days from the conclusion of the contract (§ 355 BGB). When concluding the subscription, you expressly agree that the service begins immediately and acknowledge that upon full performance of the contract you lose your right of withdrawal. In the case of withdrawal within the 14-day period, a proportionate amount is to be paid for the period already used, calculated to the exact day on the basis of the monthly price (§ 357a para. 2 BGB).

7. Availability
We strive for high availability of the service, but cannot guarantee 100% availability. Maintenance work, technical malfunctions, or force majeure can lead to temporary outages. There is no claim to compensation for downtime.
8. No Financial Advice / Disclaimer
Important notice: The answers of the MEILENKÖNIG AI serve exclusively for general information and expressly do not constitute financial, tax, or legal advice. Despite careful quality control, AI-generated answers may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. Decisions, in particular regarding credit card applications, financial matters, or tax questions, are to be made by the user on their own responsibility and after their own review.
Liability for the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the AI answers is excluded, insofar as legally permissible. Liability for intent and gross negligence remains unaffected.
9. Fair-Use Policy and Suspension
The use of the MEILENKÖNIG AI is subject to our Fair-Use Policy. In case of violations of the Fair-Use Policy or these Terms of Use, we reserve the right to temporarily or permanently suspend access. This includes in particular automated queries, systematic extraction of the knowledge base, and resale of the answers. In the case of permanent suspension due to serious violations, a refund is excluded.
10. Data Protection
The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes
We reserve the right to change these Terms of Use at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email to registered users. Continued use after notification is deemed consent to the changed terms.
12. Final Provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. The place of jurisdiction, insofar as legally permissible, is Erlangen. Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
